Entrepreneur Success And Your Expectations

If you are ready to make a change in yourself and start being an entrepreneur success the change has to first take place from you. A positive mental attitude and the desire to take action are critical success factors for your entrepreneur success.

What separates an entrepreneur success and someone who wishes to be a success? Why does one person make something work and another just let it go?

The difference is that the successful entrepreneur expects that whatever they do and devote themselves to will work out. They have a positive attitude. Their expectations are geared to the inevitable success that they will have, and they will do what they need to do so that their venture will succeed. The unsuccessful hopefuls dream of success and hope that something will happen to them so that success is given to them. Success never lands on our feet without us doing something for its achievement.

If you see an opportunity you have to embrace it and take the nessesary action. There is a law of give and receive that says you first have to give before you can expect to recieve, you have to plant your seeds before you can get the benefits.

What we all encounter in the world is a reflection of all that we put out with our thoughts. If you give a poor attitude and expect nothing to work out then that will be your experience, and if your attitude is of great expectation and positive to others then your experience becomes very different.

It is your attitude lets us encounter what we call luck breaks. Lucky breaks are simply a process of favorable events and discoveries that have opened up to us. By getting the right attitude that enables us to see them more and act on them more.

Whatever is in your mind you will translate into your physical reality, whether you have great expectations or none at all, whatever you think about will be true for you. Put your mind to work on what you really want and not what you don’t want, focus on what you want to be and not what you don’t want to be.

It is your attitude that will form your future when you start your business, whatever it is. You need to understand what business you would love to do, and what your plan is, but it is you that will take you to entrepreneur success.

What Would You Ask a Query From an Entrepreneur

Imagine that you have just entered your favorite coffee shop. You can already smell your usual, and you can’t wait to taste it. But, as you look around the room, you notice that the place is so crowded that you can’t have a table to yourself. You’re going to have to share with someone else, just as many other people seem to be doing already.

Now imagine that you’ve collected your coffee and have sat down at a table with someone who you’ve never seen before and haven’t met. After exchanging the usual pleasantries about the weather and how full the place seems to be, you discover that this person is a self-employed millionaire. And to look at him, you’d never guess. He’s not wearing a tailor-made suit, a shirt with French cuffs, or a tie.

In fact, he’s dressed just like you: in a comfortable, well worn casual shirt, that’s open at the neck, jeans, and tennis shoes. And you learn from him that he divides his time between working from home and coming to a coffee shop like the one you’re in. And as you both sip your lattes, you also learn that not only did he not make his money as the result of creating some fantastic software that everyone now uses.

He didn’t start a business in the financial sector. Nor the real estate market. Instead, he made all his money in an online information business.

Wouldn’t you want to know more? Wouldn’t you be just a little curious as to how someone with no technical skills had managed to go from where you are to earning 20 times what you make in a year, and doing it every year?

What questions would you have for this ordinary person with such an extraordinary income? And how would you feel if this person was willing to spend an hour or so telling you how you could do the same thing.

Would that interest you?

What does he consider to be success as an entrepreneur?

How does he think being an entrepreneur has hindered you from becoming a better person?

What systems has he set up in his home business to help it grow?

Besides money, what is his favorite ways to compensate people?

What’s the strangest thing h has ever done as an entrepreneur?

These kinds of question rise in your mind and you would start communicate with him. So this is the very closer thoughts for those who are going to start their business.

Terry Dean is such a person.

And you can hear what he has to say about how he did it in an interview that I did with him.

Lose The Corporate Speak! –an Entrepreneur’s Guide To Getting Noticed In A Noisy Marketplace!

Most entrepreneurs are corporate refugees. All they know is the corporate model. It’s kinda ironic; they choose to leave corporate life to be an entrepreneur, to blaze their own trail and then they fall back on all the boring corporate ways that made them escape from corporate life in the first place! Things like the corporate way of dressing and the corporate way of speaking and the corporate way of eating lunch alone in the food court with the sports section of the paper, unless of course they are taking a big fish client out to lunch or twiddling their thumbs at a business function eating rubber chicken.

The beauty of being an entrepreneur is that it doesn’t have to be that way any more. Why? Because you’re the boss!

There are no rules! Even if there are, you can break them. Why?

Because you’re the boss. Want to start feeling like you really are living the dream? Running your own show? Attracting instead of chasing clients? Heres the best kept secret in business!

Lose the Corporate Speak!

Whats Corporate Speak?

Hi, Im Johnathan Snooze from Boreme Some Moreme and Snore. Our company specializes in the facilitation of soft skills solutions in a proactive environment. Im the project manager. Were a one stop shop for small to medium sized business and our client say we provide excellent customer service. Our core competencies lay in the fields of

Dont be doing that!

Speak to prospects like you are speaking to a good friend. Use simple, direct, colorful language and don’t be afraid of humor. Too many entrepreneurs suffer from Professionalitis. Fortunately, it’s curable. Just talk to the people!

Even though I teach ’em, I don’t get why we have to have courses in public speaking. You’ve been speaking since you were 2. You were walking since you were 2 also. We don’t have courses in Public Walking!

Remember that the corporate guy in the 3 piece suit stops off for a beer on the way home from work just like everyone else. And I guarantee he’s not speaking corporate mumbo jumbo to the bartender or to his buddies when he’s watching the big game.

If you’re preparing a speech and want to test it out, ask a kid. Kids have a natural immunity to professionalitis. Don’t use any words with your business prospects that you couldn’t use with a bright 10 year old. Just be yourself!!! Just talk to people. You’ll connect. In our natural state, we are entertaining and fun and attract naturally. I don’t see many boring kids. But as we get older, especially after we get our first real job, we systematically bury our color.

Are You Being A Resourceful Manager and Entrepreneur

Information is much easier to gain access to nowadays because of the continual advances in technology that are going on day after day. The expansion and swiftness of the Internet is a central example of how technology has revolutionized over time. The Internet is proving to be the most suitable and resourceful place to find information and expand your business.

So why do so many people still fall short to achieve results?

Anthony Robbins is one individual who provides a ton of valuable knowledge (hence the reason he is very successful). He says that the reason why so many people fail is because of the excuses they create. He calls them limited resources. These limited resources (excuses) owned by the majority of people consist of:
Not enough money
Not enough time
Lack of personnel
Not the right technology
Not knowing how to plan or inadequate planning
Lack of quality leadership

The mass majority of business owners blame their failures on a lack of resources. But let’s look at some of the most successful entrepreneurs and leaders:
Bill Gates: Bought MS-DOS for $50k and sold it to IBM for over $50m
Richard Branson: Billionaire entrepreneur. Started a student magazine and selling music he liked in his garage – creator of Virgin)
Steve Jobs: Co-founder of Apple
Oprah Winfrey: Unfavourable circumstances during early childhood – Now a role model and inspiration to countless people especially African Americans simultaneously hosting her own talk show)
Lance Armstrong: Won the Tour de France 7 years in a row after beating testicular cancer
Mark Zuckerberg: Co-founder of Facebook. Originally designed as a network so only college students could interact, share photos and videos. Now it is a worldwide phenomenon

They used their characteristics, positive attitudes, past experiences, took action and have now created much more resources. There is an abundance in available resources waiting for us all to make use of. Successful entrepreneurs and leaders do not believe in limited resources.

It is no one else’s fault if you are letting your emotions, your mindset, and your stance prevent you from taking action. It’s your responsibility to be successful. Your life has an incredible calling. It’s time for you to wake up and capture the opportunity. Rather than worrying or complaining about information overload, how about think about how lucky you are to have all this information and knowledge right in front of you? The majority of people in the planet have no chance of achieving what you can because they have no Internet access!

Being an entrepreneur is the VEHICLE for which you create financial freedom and to “drive” anywhere you please to do anything you want. You either face the challenges or run away back to the drone known as the rat race.

You are the leader you’ve been looking for.

Entrepreneurial Readiness- Its Not Just Financial

Preparing yourself to become an entrepreneur means becoming a whole person. This means preparing yourself spiritually to be an entrepreneur as well as financially and mentally.

Youre not going to be able to operate a business unless youre a whole person, and you cant be a whole person unless youre spiritual. And this means being spiritual according to your own definition of the word.

One definition of spirituality is a sensitivity to, or concern with, non-material values, as distinguished from material concerns. Perhaps you consider yourself spiritual in this sense.

Or, maybe you feel that worshiping and believing in a higher power makes you a spiritual person. Just as the definition of success is different for each person, so is the meaning of being spiritual but it is something that will help all of us on our journey.

For me, being spiritual means having a living, loving relationship with God the heavenly Father, in with, and through His Son, Jesus Christ, by way of the power of the Holy Spirit. It is the essence of this spiritual relationship which helps me find my whole self.

When youre a whole person, your business will click, and you will click. If you arent a whole person if you ignore your spiritual dimension both your business and your personal life will be incomplete.

Preparing yourself socially to be an entrepreneur means understanding how your business fits into the larger context of your life. You have to remember that you have family and friends, and have to keep them informed of your plans and goals, and involve them in your business decisions.

When the people around you have bought into what you want to do, youll receive strength and support from them, which will speed you to your success.

Social preparation also means understanding that there is a social side to business. Make it a point to get involved in at least one business organization in your area. Whether you join the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, the Lions Club or some other type of business organization, you will experience social growth, a well as the having the means to participate in many good networking opportunities.

Getting collected is a natural outgrowth of getting comfortable. Once you have made all your preparations and have actually started doing business, its your approach thats going to define your business.

If youve already gotten comfortable with an ever changing business, youll be able to remain collected and professional, calm and self-possessed as an entrepreneur.

Become a Successful Entrepreneur in Your Own Home Wellness Business

The possibility of thriving in a business enterprise seems like a distant dream to many people. This happens because most people are not knowledgeable about entrepreneur success and business. A home wellness business could be the answer.

Most men and women have been taught to be satisfied with working for someone else, which is quite different from being a business owner. Regardless, with simple change in your thinking, the transition from being an employee to entrepreneur can be freeing and even fun. To begin, you have to learn what it takes to be a healthy, happy entrepreneur.

4 Qualities of a Healthy, Happy Entrepreneur

1. Creative and Inventive: You probably haven’t thought of having your own business as a creative opportunity, but it is just that. Enterprising men and women enjoy discovering new opportunities and achieving awesome results.

2. Prosperity Thinking: Having a positive focus and realizing that miracles can happen are qualities of enterprising people that raise them to unimaginable levels of success. Knowing you are on the road to success provides impetus that affects your work ethic and all the people around you.

3. Appreciate Others: Entrepreneurs understand that they succeed because of the people around them, from coming together and helping each other. The joy that comes from interacting, sharing, and assisting others is among life’s greatest gifts.

4. Taking Action: Persistent action is one of the most important keys for succeeding in any enterprise. One key here is to act now. While most people wait for the perfect time to start, effective entrepreneurs recognize that the time is now.

And if you enjoy what you are doing, it’s fun to do what it takes to make it a success. Enterprising people enjoy being members of a dynamic team that’s determined to reach higher reaches of potential and accomplishment.

The idea of working together to achieve a common goal is a time-tested key to success in business and in life. Napoleon Hill taught about the power of the mastermind that’s activated when individuals come together to reach their goals. This approach is as relevant now as it ever was.

With the development of the internet and social media, growing numbers of people are recognizing the importance of cooperation. When you put together all four of these entrepreneur traits, magic happens. They form a sturdy foundation upon which to build your goal of having your own home wellness business.

Paul Zane Pilzner, who was the economist to two presidents, calls the combination of direct selling and the wellness industry the perfect storm of opportunity for our economy. And this rapidly growing industry is effective in any economy. This is also an industry where you can create a home business on your own schedule, with tremendous wealth potential.

Entrepreneur Focus Is Your Key To Success

The strength of your entrepreneur focus will determine your success. Do you have a mental picture of what you want to reach? Are you set to do what it takes to achieve it?

The key to success is to start building an entrepreneur mind-set and develop the qualities that lead to entrepreneur success.

Drive and determination. Do you possess the necessary drive and determination? Do you normally push yourself forward until you have accomplished whatever you set out to do? Or do you need constant motivating?

If you know that you need to constantly motivate yourself then you need to find ways to do that on a daily basis. Time is too precious yet most people wait for another time before they achieve something, become a today person and set out your daily lists of action plans that you must complete that day. Spend a few minutes in the morning and picture your end goal, picture having the success that you are working for, and understand what you need to do today to become closer to your goals.

Belief. Do you believe that you will accomplish your goals? Or does your belief stray on a daily basis? We all live to our beliefs, whether they are empowering ones or negative ones. We become what we believe we are, and we live our lives according to our beliefs. By strengthening your core beliefs you will set yourself on a more positive course. Assess your beliefs and start to believe in yourself more. If you do not believe in yourself how can you expect someone else to believe in you? Focus your mind on positve thoughts and build your self-confidence. We build self-confidence by actually doing something that is in line with our beliefs. By knowing that your goals are in line with your beliefs and by taking constant daily action for their attainment you will automatically build your self-confidence.

Entrepreneur focus is building on your ambition, creating more drive and determination and moving your life forwards in line with your beliefs.

Starting an online business is just part of the story, you have to work on yourself so that you will be the person you need to be to be an entrepreneur success. Work on your personal goals, build your vision and every day move closer to the realisation of your goals. When you invest time and money in a new business you have to invest in yourself at the same time.
